Stand and Deliver, come da tradizione, è il PLE di NXT immediatamente precedente a WrestleMania 41 dato che si svolgerà a poche ore dalla Night 1 dello Showcase of the Immortals, quasi a mo’ di antipasto del Grandaddy of Them All.
